You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using Flagle Unlimited, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Creating an account is optional. Guest users may play the game without registering, though stats and leaderboard access require an account.

• Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate game mechanics or the leaderboard
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Impersonating other users or any member of the Flagle Unlimited team
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases
• Scraping, crawling, or copying our content without written permission
• Using the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations, including suspending or permanently banning accounts.

The Flagle Unlimited name, logo, game design, user interface, and original content are the property of Flagle Unlimited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

National flags displayed in the game are in the public domain as official government symbols. We do not claim ownership of any national flag imagery.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our game code or design without permission
• Create derivative works or competing products based on our Service
• Use our branding or name in any commercial context without written approval

We welcome sharing your game results on social media using our built-in Share feature.

Flagle Unlimited may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the Service free for all users.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
