This Privacy Policy explains how Flagle Unlimited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit flagleunlimitedfun.online.

We built Flagle Unlimited as a free game for everyone. We collect only what we need to run the Service, we do not sell your data, and we try to be as transparent as possible about how things work.

If you play as a guest (no account)

• A temporary session ID stored in a browser cookie — used to track your game progress and stats during your visit
• Your game statistics (wins, streak, attempts) linked to this session ID
• Basic usage data via Google Analytics (see Section 5)

If you create an account

• Username — chosen by you, displayed on the leaderboard
• Email address — used for account recovery and support only
• Password — stored as a secure hash (we never store your actual password)
• Game statistics — wins, streak, games played, linked to your account
• Remember Me token — if you enable "Remember Me", a secure token is stored in a cookie to keep you logged in for up to 30 days

Automatically collected data

• IP address and browser type — used for session security and fraud prevention
• Pages visited and time spent — collected via Google Analytics in anonymized form

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• Running the game — tracking your progress, stats, streaks, and leaderboard position
• Account management — keeping you logged in, securing your account
• Support — responding to questions or account deletion requests sent via email
• Improving the Service — understanding how players use the site through aggregated, anonymized analytics data
• Security — detecting and preventing fraudulent or abusive activity

We do not use your data for marketing emails, profiling, or automated decision-making.

We use cookies to make the game work properly. Here is exactly what we use:

Session cookie (essential)

A PHP session cookie is set when you visit the site. It keeps track of your current game, your guesses, and your stats during your visit. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser.

Remember Me cookie (optional)

If you tick "Remember Me" when logging in, a persistent cookie is stored on your device for up to 30 days. This keeps you logged in across browser sessions. You can log out at any time to remove it.

Third-party cookies

Google Analytics and any future advertising partners (see Section 6) may set their own cookies. These are subject to their respective privacy policies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent the game from working correctly.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Flagle Unlimited — which pages are visited, how long people play, and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve the game.

Google Analytics collects data such as your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, and pages visited. This data is processed by Google under their own privacy policy.

• We do not link Analytics data to your Flagle Unlimited account
• We do not use Analytics data to identify individual users
• You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on

Flagle Unlimited does not currently display advertisements. We may introduce advertising in the future through Google AdSense or a similar network to help cover hosting costs and keep the game free.

If and when we introduce ads, we will update this policy and add a clear notice on the site. Third-party ad networks may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing activity. You would be able to opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ad Settings.

The only situations in which your data may be shared are:

• Google Analytics — anonymized usage data as described in Section 5
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public
• Leaderboard — your username and win stats are visible to other players on the public leaderboard if you have an account

Your email address is never visible to other users and is never shared with anyone outside the situations listed above.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data:

• Passwords are hashed using PHP's password_hash() with bcrypt — your actual password is never stored
• Session cookies use HttpOnly and SameSite flags to prevent cross-site attacks
• Remember Me tokens are randomly generated and stored securely
• The site is served over HTTPS

No method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Flagle Unlimited is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@flagleunlimitedfun.online and we will delete the information promptly.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — you can request that we delete your account and all associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days
• Guest data — if you played as a guest, your session data is automatically cleared when your session expires

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@flagleunlimitedfun.online. We do not currently have a self-service account deletion option in the app — just email us and we will handle it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly when we add new features such as advertising. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
